I had a great experience buying a used car with Chad today. He was straight forward and no pressure. After the test drive he said, "Do you like it, or do you want to look further?". The financing part of the deal, which is usually the worst part of car buying, was efficient and no-nonsense. We were offered an extended warranty once and with no drama or pressure. I would definitely come back and deal with them again.

Alan always takes great care of me and my car when service is needed. Everything is always clearly explained and all options are given, which is why I will continue bringing my car to Shottenkirk.

Always exceptional service when taking my vehicle in for oil changes and tire rotations. I waited in the lounge for them to finish with my vehicle and it took less than 30 minutes. I was very pleased with the speed of service!

I really enjoy taking my car to Shottenkirk Acura to be serviced! Alan is my service advisor and he’s excellent! Alan is well mannered and he gives great customer service. He is courteous and kind he is thoughtful and he will always call and let you know what’s going on if you want a great service advisor for your vehicle and you’re driving a Acura go see Alan. And they wash your car before they return it to you.
